Jheel mehta played the role of sonu bhide from the beginning of the show tmkoc till 4 years and she left in 2012 and the reason behind jheel mehta left the show is she wanted to focus on her studies and she decided to quit the show taarak mehta ka ooltah chashmah (tmkoc) and replaced by nidhi bhanushali.

Nidhi bhanushali she played the character of sonu bhide after jheel mehta from 2012. 4. Neha mehta.

Neha mehta played the role of anjali mehta . She played opposite to sailesh lodha who played taark mehta. Neha mehta played her role of anjali mehta for all most 12 years. The reason behind why Neha mehta quit the show taarak mehta ka ooltah chashmah (tmkoc) is not much clarity. According to rumors Neha mehta wanted to start a new projects from somewhere else and she quit the show tmkoc in august 2020. And replaced by sunayana fozdar is currently playing the role of anjali mehta.
5. Monika Bhadoriya.
Monika Bhadoriya she played the role of Bawri for almost 6 years in taarak mehta ka ooltah chashmah (tmkoc) according to rumors there was a difference between Monika Bhadoriya (Bawri) and the show makers. Monika Bhadoriya was not happy with her pay package and demanded high fees.
6. Gurucharan Singh sodhi.
Gurucharan Singh sodhi who had played the role of roshan Singh sodhi in taarak mehta ka ooltah chashmah (tmkoc) from beginning of the show till 2013 . In 2013 gurucharan Singh sodhi quit the show for creative differences between show producer. After 1 year show makers brought him back to show and again in year 2020 he left the show. Because of his father's health according to rumors gurucharan singh sodhi left the show because he wanted to focus on farming and NGO. Balvinder singh suri is playing the character of roshan singh sodhi in taarak mehta ka ooltah chashmah (tmkoc) .
7. Bhavya Gandhi.
